My secret trick at the theater, is to use a child's booster seat as a footrest (yes, I am that lady), so adapting to the higher chair was easy enough. Plus, being on the short end of life, I did find them a little tall when I first sat down, my feet barely touched the floor. They are a little hard on the tush when the action lags though. The generous sized chairs are rather comfy and have a bonus, there's no staking out your armrest territory in these babies.

In Utah, these special seats can only be found at The Megaplex theaters.
